Happy Monday everyone! I’m posting the blog today from sunny St. Pete Beach, Florida! I will be at an IB Conference for the next three days, but thanks to the wonders of technology and the internet, I will be posting your blog from the other end of the country! Be sure to be on task and use your time wisely. J

Be reminded that you lose participation points when you are caught on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and similar sites. You may listen to music on a site like www.grooveshark.com that does NOT have videos. If music starts to interfere with your ability to complete your work or stay on task, you will lose that privilege.

Warm Up:

Go to www.mapquest.com and click on driving directions. Type in Lansing, MI as the starting place and St. Pete Beach, FL as the ending place and find the driving distance from Lansing to where I’m at for my conference this week. About how far is it in miles? How long would the drive take? Why is there more than one possible answer?  

Assignment:

On our Computer Apps Semester 2 moodle site, the due date for 2.2.5 E-Mail: Signatures and 2.P.1 Portfolio: Business Letter about writing a letter to San Antonio Shoes is Friday, May 11^th.
